I'm a mental health therapist who works with individuals, families, and children experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment. You don't have to have the "right words" or even know where to start. We will figure that out together!
I believe therapy should feel human, not clinical. I actively help you understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so you can begin making meaningful changes in your life.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and paced to your comfort level. We move forward together-at a speed that feels safe-while building coping skills, insight, and confidence.
